Roles and Responsibilities

- Guide the team on using Agile Frameworks and identify the process improvements.

- Identity any roadblocks and risks with the team and work towards removing or eliminating both and escalate when required.

- Work with the Product owners with regard to maintaining and grooming the Product Backlog.

- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Retrospectives.

- Manage customer expectations and drive the team towards successful project delivery.

- Manage Deliveries across multiple projects.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, IT or Management.

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.

- Sound knowledge in Agile Frameworks.

- Professional Qualification such as PMP or CSM would be a definite advantage.
